  • Remind parents what it was like when they were teenagers and the issues they faced
  • Demystify the “perfect” teenage/ adult relationship by listening to and learning from the panellists
  • Share advice and tips for time and stress management
  • Encourage ongoing shared communication and trust between teenagers and adults
