‘I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa recently and was immediately
impressed by the program she had developed. It became quickly apparent that I needed to be part of her vision in sharing a personal message of work life experiences to those starting out.
Building and being the face of a successful cosmetic brand has allowed me incredible life and business experiences. As someone with a story to tell I agreed with Lisa that sharing my work journey with students, who are about to embark on their careers, could hopefully provide some valuable insight and lessons.
For me the experience of being in front of 200+ students was incredibly fulfilling, especially when I noted they were hanging onto every word the guest speakers and I uttered.
By giving real life assistance to young adults Lisa has found a way of preparing them for a better future, with all its ups and downs.
In addition to being incredibly impressed with Just BU, I can honestly say I am proud to have had a small involvement in contributing towards the professional growth of young adults.’

It is always wonderful to see an idea for a concept come to fruition. You must be so very proud to see how your drive and energy has created an experience for students in schools which is so very worthwhile. I could not be more pleased with how well the Just BU panel went at St Kevin’s this morning.
Your choice of gentlemen to come and share their life stories with our Year 10 students was inspirational as all three had relevant, personal anecdotes to share which engaged and inspired the students from the very first question to the last. To have such wonderful mentors to work with must be a joy for you and it was certainly our pleasure to host yourself and the panellists at our College today.
Please pass on my warmest thanks and appreciation to Mr Charlie Pickering, Mr Richard Maloney and Mr Justin Moran for giving their time so generously and speaking so honestly about their experiences. Our young gentlemen in the audience have could not have had more worthy role models to learn from.
Thank you again for all your hard work in arranging this day and I look forward to organising a meeting with you in the future to continue our relationship.

Having being invited onto one of Lisa Donath's, Just BU school panel workshops to discuss the importance of leadership, I can honestly say that I was happily blown away at the brilliance behind such a great interactive life changing, yet simple concept. The impact of the workshop on the students was profound to say the least. I have no doubt we as a panel changed many lives on that day and this was evident with the level of questioning from the students and the desire to follow up on conversations post workshop. In an age where male role models are few and far between, Just BU is perfect to fill this void as boys and men thrive when given responsibility. I highly recommend being part of this unique and innovative panel show and thank you Lisa for inviting me on, it has allowed me to further grow as a leader within the community.
