Just BU provides teenagers with the opportunity to meet, interact with and listen to positive and successful female and male role models currently working within the wider business, corporate,entertainment and sporting communities.

Just BU provides young people with the opportunity to learn skills such as personal belief, goal setting and risk taking by having access to successful, but more importantly, “real” role models.

Just BU gives teenagers, together with their parents and teachers, a relaxed and safe forum  to listen to inspirational stories and experiences in life from current female and male role models.

Just BU Panels provide young people with an oppprtunity to

• Gain an understanding that many of the issues they are currently facing are normal

• Listen to, learn from and meet real people sharing their personal stories about career pathways, their relationships whilst at school and after, taking responsibility for our choices, finding someone to talk to and how to Just BU

• Build their self-esteem and create “realistic” goals and dreams

• Discover a healthy attitude and a positive view of their self-image

•  Recognise that they are not alone in the struggles and issues that face them and acknowledge that It’s OK 2 Just BU
